Digital Strategy
I paired data-driven UX design with mobile optimization and automated email strategy to streamline the customer journey for Luiny Jewelry.
Timeline: Ongoing
Role: UX Designer, Web Designer, Digital Strategist
Tools: Figma, Figjam, Squarespace commerce, Google merchant center

Context
I partnered with Luiny Jewelry to transform their digital presence from a fragmented, high-friction website into a streamlined, conversion-ready ecosystem. As a hybrid designer and strategist, my role extended far beyond aesthetic choices. I was tasked with diagnosing UX bottlenecks, activating their email marketing from scratch, establishing internal content standards, and structuring the site for scalable growth.
Challenge
When I first audited Luiny Jewelry’s digital footprint, the business was facing three distinct pillars of friction that were capping their online growth:
The homepage lacked a cohesive narrative, and the store’s information architecture was confusing. Users were forcing their way through unstructured product categories, creating massive drop-offs in the shop navigation.
While the brand had an engaged audience, email marketing was virtually non-existent. There were no automated touch points, meaning they were leaving revenue on the table every time a user abandoned a cart or signed up for a newsletter.
Product uploads were inconsistent and image specs were unstandardized, creating visual debt and slowing down product launches.

Solution
I started by diving into the existing data to understand how users were actually interacting with the shopping portion of the website and found
I consolidated redundant categories and shop pages, rewrote the navigation labels for clarity, and designed a mobile-first homepage that balanced brand storytelling with clear e-commerce CTAs.
The new navigation structure focused on providing ease and reducing friction when navigating the shop page and browsing products.
