Overview: I collaborated with Dentsu to create polished UI for Culligan focused on two key components of their user experience: a post-submission Thank You page, and a quiz flow that helped users discover personalized product and service recommendations. My role focused on visual design and production, ensuring a seamless and on-brand experience across both elements.

Project Context
Culligan's website was going through a full re-design. These features were part of a larger site refresh aimed at improving engagement and conversion. The Thank You page served as a moment to reinforce brand trust and next steps, while the water solutions finder quiz acted as a lightweight tool to guide users to relevant offerings, especially helpful for new visitors unfamiliar with the product catalog.

Thank You Page
Situation: The original thank you page lacked structure and failed to guide users effectively after submission and didn't consider different types of inquiries. There was a missed opportunity to clarify next steps, offer relevant resources, and reinforce user confidence through social proof.
Solution: I designed a modular Thank You page system that accounted for three distinct user scenarios based on the type of inquiry submitted:
Appointment scheduling
Bill payment or general contact
Traffic from social media with a prompt to book an appointment
Each version used existing design components and followed a consistent structure while tailoring the messaging and CTAs to the user's context. The layouts were informed by a content outline provided by Customer Experience Strategist and emphasized clarity, actionable next steps, and relevant information including helpful links and customer reviews for added trust.
